- The gauze put in your mouth should stay for at least 15 minutes. Don't rush, cry, suck blood, spit. Do not press the wound with your tongue or finger. For the first 3 days, do not rush and rinse with mouthwash, sumac, alcohol, water with salt, oil, etc.
- Smoking / evaporation is prohibited on the day of the procedure. It is advisable to refrain from smoking for 2 weeks.
- The first intake of liquids should be no more than one hour after the procedure, but with food after 3 - 4 hours. Avoid heavy exercise in the first 24 hours.
- Eat on the non-operative side. For the first 1-2 days, eat soft, mushy foods. It can then go on to a regular diet, avoiding many solid foods. Popcorn, seeds, nuts and the like are forbidden for 2 weeks.
- On the first evening, the teeth adjacent to the extracted tooth are not brushed, the next 3-4 days are brushed slightly, and then the usual brushing of the teeth begins.
- It is advisable to drink pain reliever 2 hours after the end of the procedure - Aulin sachet 100 mg. If necessary, the next day may be no more than 2 sachet per day.
